Built in 1933, this small historic 900 square foot home has 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The home is in a great location. A grocery store just up the street and walking distance to Downtown. Here for the winter fun? This location is a short walk to Ski Haus and Humphrey Ski, as well as a 20 minute drive to Snowbowl Rd. This property has a spacious driveway and can accommodate larger vehicles.
The backyard has a wonderful covered space as well as a BBQ to host any gatherings.
The space
Each bedroom has its own TV as well as a queen bed. The living room has tons of seating, as well as a futon that can sleep 1 person. There are extra bed linens, blankets, and pillows in the hall closet if needed.
Guest access:
You'll have access to the entire home, front yard, and backyard. There is a portable metal fence in the backyard that can be used to keep your fur babies in, since there is no permanent fence to contain them.
Other Details to note:
Our space is located in a national forest. Local flora and fauna may be found on the property. Pest control services are scheduled monthly.
There is a Ring Doorbell on the front of the house by the front door. It faces the front of the property. While the home does not have A/C, there are ceiling fans (not pictured) in both bedrooms and the living room.
