"Night staff, Luis, was really friendly and helpful. We were stuck on a closed freeway over night and didn’t make it to hotel until 5am. Luis was very helpful and understanding to our situation and worked hard to get us into a room to rest. "

"We had an absolutely amazing time at the Queen Anne! It has a European hostel feel to it, but with much nicer rooms. Our room (suite 3) was perfect, and super cozy. Breakfast was spectacular both days we stayed, and they were super understanding with allergies. The hosts were some of the nicest people we've met, and there are binders full of menus for local eateries. Good parking in the back, great tea selections, and so much more. I can't recommend the Queen Anne enough. I can't remember staying in such a fantastic hotel or BnB here in the states. "

Amazing customer service, VERY clean, comfortable and quiet accommodations, and wonderful indoor heated pool with gorgeous views. Highly recommend for families, solo stays, couples, etc. -- anyone and everyone!"

"Customer service was outstanding. When we visited I was unable to walk long distances due to a recent knee surgery. The desk staff noticed and informed us of their wheelchair and luggage service. We opted-in and were greeted at 2:50AM by each service, as requested. "
