"The location was right and the inside looked nice but we didn't stay here because when we arrived we discovered the property had been let multiple times. For several days ahead of time I tried to contact the host via the online chat but didn't get a response. The day of I tried calling but the number was not a real phone number. When we arrived I rang the bell and talked with one of the current renters and got a mini-tour but most importantly got the phone number of the host. Why did I give a reasonable score here when we actually stayed at "21 The Walk" instead? Well, the host immediately jumped into action and had us moving off to another pretty similar property. That property looked like it was in the process of being prepared to let (some nails in the walls where missing pictures should be, for example) but everything was clean and ready for us. At the end of the day it worked out but the ordeal caused a tremendous amount of stress for my family after a long day of driving."

"Stayed again in this lovely hotel. Was in a room in the main building at the front, it was massive and has everything you need. Staff very helpful and so polite. Restaurant is great for breakfast and evening meals. My goto hotel when in the area."
