"Nice hotel. Fast, easy friendly check in. The room looks a little shopworn though. Time for a remodeling. Breakfast was good, plenty of seating. Granite countertops throughout the lobby and dining room. 9/10"

"I stay here regularly when I work on site in Worcester. There are a number of hotels to choose from but I always stay here because it’s convenient, reasonably priced and the staff are amazing. How awesome is it when you walk in after a long day and Jean recognizes you and greets you with the biggest smile? Or when you get to your room and it smells so fresh and clean? Those are the small things that make a difference in my stays when I am traveling and away from my family. Love the gym, coffee in the lobby and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. Unfortunately, the body wash dispenser was empty today. Can’t really do much to fix when you’re leaving that morning, so would recommend topping them off at specified intervals so this doesn’t happen. Thankfully I had back up soap, so not awful. Just disappointed as I like the scent. "

"This Hotel was much better then I expected. It’s beautiful, clean, staff is super attentive and friendly. Hotel is big and room as comfortable. My family and I had a great time. Highly recommend. If we ever go back to Massachusetts we will definitely stay at The Colonial Hotel again. "
