We came back from a night with family, I was looking in the pantry for milk, there were options but all caffeinated, ( not what I wanted as we were headed to the room for bed'... so the night desk staffer told me he'd go to the kitchen and came back with ''2" two classes of nice cold milk... one cannot ask for better service than that. "

"I like the fact that they actually have a smoking room I am a smoker and I haven't seen a smoking room and gosh darn I don't know how long the laundry room was very cheap I really enjoyed that"

"Help.TV doesn’t work. Reported it to house keeping. They tried to fix it. Couldn’t do it. I reported it to front desk. Going out now and we’ll be back in 4 hours. Now still not fixed. Went to front desk again. Answer-no fix it person on weekends. Can’t move you as no rooms available. Can’t give you a discount or refund. No. "
