"The staff was outstanding HOWEVER we arrived on Thanksgiving morning to breakfast at 9:45. The server gave us menus and was alone so took some time to get back and take our order- at which point it was closer to 10am. 15-20 minutes passed. He returned to inform us he could not convince the cook to cook our breakfast. He had reached out to management but had no luck. He was very distraught and apologetic.
