"The place is practically new, inside and out. The kitchen is well furnished with all the cookwear, pots and pans, dishes and silverware anyone could possibly want or need, Parking is available for a truck and a boat, in fact there’s room for two such rigs in the driveway. Kevin is a gracious host and was over quickly to help get the TV working (we’re technically challenged). We’ll be back!!"

"This is a great spot if your looking for a central location while visiting the Alexandria Bay/Clayton area. Close to all marinas, restaurants and tour boats. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. The property management communication was excellent. Thank you Toby."
