"As always, everything was perfect – the staff, rooms, and beds. If you’re staying alone, I’d recommend opting for a double bed rather than a king, as the king beds are just two doubles pushed together and, in my opinion, too soft—you’ll sink into them. The bar service was excellent. I love staying at the Ramada Encore Newcastle, and I’ll definitely be back again soon!"

"We stayed here for a weekend away .Good location with ample secure parking . Friendly staff.Easy registration process. Very high standards of cleanliness in all shared areas and the bedroom. Everything was spotless .Good quality linens too .Perfect for a short stay as it was close to Durham, Beamish etc .Only minor point was the lack of a lift to the upper floors but there were accessible rooms on the ground floor We did not have the cooked breakfast or hot meals but the menu looked good for the price Dining area looked clean ."
