"Everything was lovely, clean, well equiped and just as advertised. Full kitchen with all the equipment and even some supplies. Bath was clean and had all needed supplies. Beds were great, comphy. The only thing I want to draw attention to is accessibility. Not a criticism, but if one were disabled they would want to know: 2 steps down to kitchen, 3 steps more to bathroom, a full flight of steep steps outside down to the washer under the stairs"

"Dinky little flat in a residential area of gateshead. Although I never met Dylan in person his comms were spot on we had no trouble accessing the property. He was available for any issues if needed. The flat is about a 20 minute walk into the centre of gateshead where you can access the metro. Although a bus route is nearby we walked where possible and Newcastle is also easily accessible either on foot or by the metro. "Location was excellent and parking was good The apartment was clean but it didn’t smell very nice. I think it was the shower drain. Although an apartment for 4 people it only had 3 mugs and one of those was badly chipped and shouldn’t be used. There were only 2 small water glasses .Each bed only had one bedside lamp. Overall it was not comfortable and I expected better"
