"Very clean & comfortable Hotel, very friendly reception staff and easy check in, the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the outside pool, the included brekfast selection was very good with hot and cold foods, absolutely would stay again"

"Lovely hotel…. but Hotels.com booked is a room with no balcony, we were not given a choice. Did not spoil the stay but be aware as the rooms are at the back of the hotel opposite a very noisy school "

"I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa is . Prices were on display which appeared expensive Entertainment was missing but out of season and we wanted a peaceful holiday. Public bus and taxi to the Old Town cheap. A few miles out or an hour walk. Beautiful and clean beaches and promenade Hot Food as other reviews tends not to be. But there is plenty of choice and plentiful. Especially breakfast was very good. "

"Excellent location, easy access to the beach/promenade for walks and dining options! The sunset and sundown from our room with a view of the big rock!!!…. Really enjoyed!!!! Beautiful place! A little cool at this time of the year, but it was freezing at home in Canada! Much better choice to still enjoy the outdoors!"

"A sea view is a must ! If you book Absolutey beautiful . We asked for cups and an iron and they were delivered . Superb location. Minutes away from the Old Town . Room was small but very very clean with great shower Totally will be back again Loved it "
