"Property very clean and comfortable. As described. Plenty of space. 2 bathrooms makes it much easier with a bigger group. Communication very good. Excellent site overall - particularly good access to the beach and short walk into Filey. The only downside was the small amusement arcade which was very badly managed. Many machines nit working but still taking money. No staff on hand to resolve problems."

"Lovely property. Only reason for 4 stars was that there were old balloons under furniture in living room where it clearly hasn't been cleaned. Also the double bed downstairs has damaged slats that were had to repair and was very creaky so barely slept"

"We had a great family holiday in Meadow Cottage. The house is light & airy and well decorated throughout. The kitchen is well equipped - maybe too well as there is little room for food in the cupboards. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We were a little disappointed the house wasn't cleaner, it clearly hadn't been dusted for a while, but it didn't spoil our time there. The site has a great feel to it and the beach is fabulous."
