New England style beach house, luxury, comfortable holiday home. 1 king size bedroom with en-suite wet room, 1 double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower/bath room. The lounge area includes a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests. Ample space for families or couples ,luxury furnishings, towels and bedding provided, beds made up for your arrival. Highchair and travel cot (please bring your own cot bedding). Bose Bluetooth / wireless speaker. Two car parking spaces. Cosy log burner with logs provided. Large TV in living room with freeview and Netflix. Freeview / Netflix TV/DVD in all rooms. Hairdryer & Hair straighteners. Free Fibre Wifi. Games and DVD's. Full underfloor central heating. Basic staples always in the kitchen cupboards. Extremely well equipped kitchen with any pot or pan or utensil you could need. Full size fridge/freezer, Gas hob/electric fan oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster. Kettle, 'Tassimo' coffee machine, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, kitchen roll, food bags, foil and cling film, toilet roll and many other basics all provided. Every thing you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable and luxurious. Just bring your personal items. Plenty of space and seating for 6 or more inside and outside on the big deck and patio. . BiFold doors at the spacious front living area open out onto large deck with seating. Patio at the rear facing lovely boules court, with lights and trees. Filey, Scarborough and beautiful Yorkshire coast and villages within easy reach. We are a dog friendly property, with dog treats and provided. The Bay village is very dog friendly with lots of dog walks. You can take your dog into the Pub and many shops. Full free use of indoor swimming pool, (spa treatments and salon at The Beauty Room at extra cost) Pharmacy which also sells basic provisions open most days. Gym, Sauna, Steam Room. Boules courts around the village with surrounding garden areas, lawns, seating areas, great walks, meadows, direct path access to beach. Tennis courts and archery and other activities available. On village pub, The John Paul Jones with great food which is dog friendly and Bayside Kitchen coffee shop/cake by day, delicious food with full take-away menu. Games room and playground.

Truly paradise found
Fantastic lodge, the best we have stayed in. The property is furnished to a high standard and the owners have ensured there is everything you could need to make the most of your stay. Great location for visiting Filey and the surrounding coast. Would not hesitate to book again.

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Found. It has everything we could possibly need and more. It was cosy and welcoming, perfectly situated for all The Bay amenities and of course the beach. We will be back soon!

We have just had another fantastic stay in Paradise Found. A wonderful well equipped house in the best location at The Bay. Paul is very quick to answer any questions ahead of the stay and there is really no need to contact him during the stay as the house has everything you could need. We’ve visited before and will certainly be back again!

Beautiful property in peaceful location
Absolutely beautiful property with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday away. We had a wonderful time despite some typical April showers. The owner was beyond helpful and definitely goes the extra mile in terms of some special touches not found in other properties at the bay we would highly recommend staying there and will most certainly come again.

Incredible property.
Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a high class break away. It has the wow factor the second you walk through the door. We will definitely come back. The location is fabulous for the dogs. It’s a 5 minute walk to the dog friendly beach. The pub is at the bottom of the street & the property is just outstanding. Worth every penny.

The property is immaculately kept surroundings too. The beachs are mainly sandy i found the steepness getting down to them awkward at times.We managed though. We had a lovely time around and about the six days we were there.A very relaxing holiday I give i 5* all the way.

Lovely weekend break
From start to finish we loved every minute. The high quality standard of this property was outstanding. Clean, well maintained and an easy process at check in and out. There was everything we needed on the property and more. Comfortable beds also. We can not recommend this property enough. We had our elderly grandmother with us too and it was very accessible for those who find it hard with mobility. Thank you to the owners for such a lovely short break.

Perfect break in peaceful surroundings. Beach house is amazing. I am fussy about cleanliness etc but this place has topped it all. The house itself is beautiful and spacious. I have a stressful fast paced job and it was also my husband’s 70th birthday so we wanted to get away from it all. So happy we came here. I didn’t want to leave. This place is a gem 💎

Found Paradise at Paradise Found
Excellent stay at Paradise Found. Lovely, spacious, high spec property with excellent facilities including open plan lounge - diner -kitchen. Two good sized bathrooms- including a wet room. Plenty of out door seating on decking to the front and grassed quad to the rear. Parking for two cars. Beach House is located about 2.9 miles outside Filey on a lovely quiet site with a pub, cafe & leisure facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will hopefully be returning. Owner, helpful & easy to contact should you need to.
