"Have stayed here many times over 10 years .. great location .. I would just suggest maybe they check the facilities all work , as TV was not fully working and whilst it did get fixed just a little inconvenient for us and staff. Air con was set too warm and staff had to reset lower for us as could not be changed in the room. Having said this I would still happily stay here again. "

"I chose this property as it was an hour on the shuttle from Malpensa airport and 10 minute walk to the train station. We arrived pretty late and although they don’t do late check-ins they kindly waited for our arrival. They messaged me via WhatsApp during intervals on the day to check in on us which I find thoughtful as it was our first time in Italy. "We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s centrally located just next to the entrance of the old town. There are only 6 bedrooms in the hotel so it feels super friendly. The staff was AMAZING. They were all so pleasant and helpful. They made our stay super comfortable. The breakfast is good and the aperitivo on the terrace was great. Fully recommended!"

"The room was clean and spacious with a balcony and a beautiful view of the Alps. On the ground floor, there is a small pizzeria with a very good pizza. There is no reception there so make sure you do your check-in beforehand in order to get a password for the key locker. We did not receive any links from hotels.com but the owner replied quickly on WhatsApp and sent us the code while we were standing in front of the entrance.
