"The place is in the middle of the old town, which is a perfect location. I also have to appreciate the super-friendly owner/provider who helped me accommodate and explained everything. My bathroom was not within my room, but the bathroom was private (just for my room), so no big deal. The place can also be a bit noisy, but that is the tax for being in the centre of the old town."

"This is a wonderful boutique hotel perfectly situated for a stay in beautiful Bergamo's Citta Alta. "I may have missed it in the description but the door to your room is on the road so it felt a bit less safe than a normal hotel but the area itself felt safe and it was the cheapest room in the whole of Milan for my stay so worth it. 10 mins if that to the central station so the area is perfect. You only see the staff when they hand you the keys. They were polite. Due to the price I would stay here again but if it went up I’d stay in a normal hotel. "

"Ginevra rooms is beautiful! We loved the watch theme and got to stay in the cartier room, of which there was a hige cartier watch on the wall behind the bed. Leila was lovely, polite and very helpful during our stay. The room was clean, modern and exatcly what we needed. I have been to Bergamo 3 times and will definitely be using Ginevra rooms again."

"The room was comfortable and convenient to the train. Unfortunately for us it had been heavily cleaned with bleach which made the smell really awful in the bathroom and also in the bedroom. Many people are very sensitive to cleaning products and learning to use natural products would be good. We spent the first four hours mopping the floors trying to remove the smell.
