"Stayed with our 3 chn in Aug for a week. Rooms were spotless, cleaned every day. Air con was great but didn't need it all the time. Even though the hotel itself doesn't have a pool we had the use of the local Olympic sized swimming pool which was lovely and which we had almost to ourselves. "Reception was very pleasant and welcoming. Very efficient, nice spacious room. Breakfast good and lady at reception sorted taxi out for us, which wasnt easy as we wanted a faxi big enough for 4 people with 4 travel golf bags. Cant praise for efficiency, pleasantness and very organised."

"The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was delicious and convenient. There is parking available a short walk from the hotel lobby. They do have lifts. Staff wasn't overly friendly. Customer service was just ok. We did not prebook spa services and were not able to get in for services while we were there. We were not able to decline maid service. They use a strong chemical air freshener in the hallways if you're respiratory sensitive."

"It was very good value for the money paid. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were on the eight floor. At night we could hear people talking in the room next to us but to be honest we thought it might an insulation issue or maybe it was just our room. It wasnt worthy of a complaint bearing in mind what we paid. In all, very good value."

"I was only there for one night just passing thru with my family and arrived after dark. It would not be fair to rate the place, but it seems like a great place to spend a few days relaxing. Easy directions and welcoming. The only downside was that we had to leave the car by the front office overnight instead of next to the cabin in a secure area because the gates don’t function between midnight and 7:00 and we had an early departure. No problem. They have security around the place. "

"I'm rating this highly for certain aspects. It was easy parking, after too many places where we struggled with parking. The view is great from our room's balcomy! In the morning we enjoyed a lovely walk along the nearby almost empty beach. We recieved clear instructions about how to access Tarragona town parking and sights. It is somewhat lacking in ambience but we appreciated the ease of access and the helpful staff."
