Gorizia is a beautiful, small, Italian college town. "This is a somewhat dated (quirky even?) hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is well-worn, but our rooms were big by European standards. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Shower, while it took a bit to figure out how to turn it on, produced a good flow of plenty warm water. Parking on street after 7pm and before 9am is free. The carpet could be replaced, as it’s dated. Hotel is on a main boulevard and is convenient to all sorts of food and the theatre. All told, I would stay there again...

"This property looks great from outside but it needs a full renovation badly. It felt like walking into a hotel in the early 90s. Carpets in the rooms are worn out and faded.
