"Felt very welcome from the start. Our room was clean, We had dinner which was very good and the menu was quite large . Breakfast was included and nothing was too much trouble if you wanted to swap from the menu. We have stayed here before and nothing has changed. The owners and staff could not do enough for us. "I’d give Melin Tregyb 5* for cleanliness and the room was large and airy with a very comfortable double bed. The owners were very quick to respond to emails but it would be comforting for me, as a solo traveller, to have an hour per day when the owners could be guaranteed to be in the building. "

"What makes this B+B stand out is the attention to detail in making guests comfortable. Little things like providing body lotion, plenty of cups/mugs so you don't have to try to wash up, fresh milk, plenty of sockets for your phone etc and much more. On top of this the surrounding countryside is beautiful and quiet, the breakfasts excellent with plenty of choice, and the hosts provide a warm welcome."

"We had a very relaxing 1 night stay at this beautiful cottage for my husband’s 50th birthday. Debbie kindly laid out a birthday hamper with a complimentary bottle of fizz! "Glangwili Mansion is a beautiful upmarket B&B, quite as good as all the previous reviews have rated it. "We had a wonderful time at the Four Seasons. We were there for 4 nights. Emma and Stewart were so welcoming, we got on so well and feel we have made a couple of new friends. The breakfasts were cooked to perfection, so delicious. We had free use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi, and walks around the extensive grounds. All in all just brilliant."

"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."
