"Check in was friendly and professional. Cleanliness was excellent and comfort in room was fantastic. Complementary spa use was a nice extra as well. One comment on the spa was the steam room and sauna weren't particularly hot. Perhaps just personal preference. Also the liner on the spa pool has come loose, feels a bit lumpy under foot."

"I like staying in traditional old city centre hotels, this one is superb. Opposite the station, beautiful inside with nice, spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Great breakfast as well .I definitely would like to return sometime, I arrived by train but there is a car park adjacent too."

There are a number of spa options available, but with your room you can access the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. "My second time in Tenby in a year, great town and people. I hadn’t stayed at the Belgrave before, but it was worth it. My room was reasonably priced and comfortable. I was able to head out straight into the centre of town. Staff were very friendly too."
