"Had lovely weather. Accommodation was perfect for the numbers we required. "

"This property worked really well for us a family of 6 adults and 2 young children plus a dog. The utility room was very handy for the dog. There is plenty of space and a large garden. The house was pretty clean with a few exceptions like the skirting boards and front door area. The house is well equipped although the coffee maker is missing a few items. Overall we would recommended the property for a relaxed family stay."

"Very convenient location for easy travel. Property well described but it is tucked in beside a disused club house. Car parking a bit hit and miss but wasn't a problem. Inside was clean but this was a bit tarnished by a very smelly cigarette bin right beside the front door and the smell permeated the whole house. Beds were good, facilities were good."

"The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we felt at home right away. There was plenty of space for 3 generations of family and we loved the hot tub. No queues for bathrooms with 3 showers and 4 toilets in the property! Would recommend for a large family group."

"We had a fabulous weekend in Tenby. park villa was in a perfect location for the town and beach. The property was clean and well equipped with a sweet garden. Thank you for sharing Tenby with us. "

"Pleasant Vale is a lovely house for a family holiday, with plenty of space so that time spent at the property is as enjoyable as time spent visiting the fantastic beaches and historic sights. So handy for Tenby and the Wales Coastal Path, having the train station so handy was an added bonus. Plenty of space for 5 adults, everyone could have their own bathroom. We’re just trying to find a date when we can visit again!"

"I booked the house to celebrate my son’s birthday. 8 in our party ranging from 1 to 57 plus a dog. More than enough room for everyone, the house is enormous and we loved it. The garden is exceptional! There’s even a football pitch and a lake! Absolutely unbelievable! The downside for me was that the house wasn’t spotlessly clean. Lots of cobwebs and looking a little tired in places. The huge hot tub in the garden wasn’t working and has just been left to rot. There are 2 cabins down by the lake...

"Pouring down when we arrived but warm and welcoming inside. Tastefully decorated and well equipped but no shops in the village so take essentials with you. Ideally situated for the estuary and railway station to travel to either Carmarthen or Tenby. Lovely beaches in Llansteffan and Burry Port with Kidwelly all within easy reach."

"Wow what wonderful relaxing stay. John the host was so friendly and helpful. My highlight was listening to the birds from the hot tub at sunrise. Would definitely recommend and rebook!"
