"Asked for sea view, asked for larger room and happy to pay extra. Never received any reply from messages that I sent. On arrival called the mobile number on the information sheet which went to voicemail. On the night we stayed the weather was horrendous and all I heard all night was gates banging and something being blown around in the yard outside the window.
