"A great location to explore Verona from. Site seeing, going to the Opera or just shopping, it is the heart of everything. A nice breakfasting the morning set us up for our return to the Lake. If staying in Verona again I would look at booking again."

"Very nice. Yes, the beds are firm but that actually helped my back. Very clean. No lift but the wonderful young woman at the front desk helped me take my luggage up. "

"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."
