It is an uphill climb to visit the old town but the access point is very convenient. The apartment itself is very comfortable, while compact, and easily accommodated four of us. "We loved this house, garden and pool set on the edge of a very friendly village. The host is very amenable and always replies promptly, the house is well equipped, comfortable and the pool was a godsend during the hot sunny week. The village is well located near to carcassonne and a visit to the gouffre geant cave is spectacular. The villagers are welcoming and friendly and we used the boulangerie (we tried the daily special often) and green grocer most days. The cafe also serves a great pizza...
