"We had a nice stay with friends at this villa. The villa could do with a bit of an upgrade in areas and also some general repairs made e.g bin was broken and sunbeds were broken / missing arms, cracks, ripped sunbed covers. When we arrived we only had 8 sunbeds and we let the agency know. They very quickly provided 2 more which we were grateful for since there was 10 of us. "The above picture is a complete falsehood. There is an apartment building looming over the pool area. There certainly were not that many umbrellas. We fought very hard to get them to understand the air conditioning was not working on the main floor. Out of the four nights there, we only had AC for one night."

"Villa charlotte was big enough to accommodate our group of 22 people. The master bedrooms on the main level and upstairs were all spacious. The rooms on the lower level were a bit cramped and smelled damp. There should be dehumidifiers running. The dishwasher was not working during our stay but the management company sent someone out and it was replaced within days. We were also disappointed in the laundry situation- there is one small washing machine bit for a house that size, there should be...

"The villa is in a great location, short walk to shops/bars/restaurants. Very clean and tidy inside however some furniture looking quite tired and well-used so would expect this to be upgraded soon. Very spacious for our large family. If I would make any suggestions is to have a bar/kitchen or fridge downstairs next to the swimming pool or pool table to make it easy for drinks. "
