"Bathroom dingy and needs to be remodeled. The bathroom vanity countertop should be a different material. No hand towel hangers in the bathroom sink area. The kitchen faucet was hard to open and close. I kept hitting the light fixture above dining table, was too low, and not in the center of the table. "The unique thing about this property is the property manager(s). Ensured that my stay was excellent. The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). There are ample restaurants, shops and Italian character within a stone's through. I higly recommend this B&B/Hotel for the traveler in Novara."

"Positively beautiful views of the lake. You can not be fearful of driving very narrow and switchback roads to be rewarded by the view after. You MUST download the YouTube directions on picking up the key and accessing the garage or you will be lost!!! Finding the location for pickingup the key is a double challenge. "Tolle Aussicht. Alles sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht (außer Internet und Toaster). Leider nur 1 Gastronomie im Ort, die aber auch gut ist. Zu empfehlen ist die Gastronomie im Nachbarort am Campingplatz. Supermercato ist auch im Nachbarort."

"Such a perfect spot to land after our flight from the US to Milan. Miranda made us feel so welcome! Our son slept on the main floor, we slept upstairs. Perfect small european kitchen with everything we needed for home-cooked meals. Lovely restaurant cafe in this charming small town. We even came back for a few days' stay later during our trip, did our laundry, hung to dry on Miranda's clothesline. Really such perfect and unique spot!!"

"Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll und bietet eine wundervolle Aussicht über den See. Die Einrichtung ist wie beschrieben sehr vollständig und man kann sich auch an Regentagen gut beschäftigen, die im Oktober durchaus vorkommen können. In dieser Zeit ist es auch sehr ruhig in Belgirate, daher waren wir dankbar für die Ausflugs- und Einkaufstipps in der Mappe. Darüber hinaus ist die Vermieterin immer ansprechbar für Fragen."

"The apartment is charming and in the most beautiful spot with views over the island and swimming in the lake from the garden. Stefano could not have been more helpful and provided extensive information to cover every aspect of our stay. The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the town. No aircon but Stefano provided us with fans to cool us at night. We loved our time in Orta - it is a very special place indeed."

"Sejour d'une semaine. Très bien placé car: Lac à 10 min à pied, calme et bien pour visiter les alentours. Appartemment en rdc, donc relativement frais en été, seul logement saisonnier de la residence de 4-5 logements. Parking gratuit dans la rue. Supermarché, resto, glace à 10 min à pied. Equipement complet, machine à laver très pratique. Je recommande !"
