"Avoid at all costs! What made this the most traumatizing accommodation stay for me was the following. We have booked an extra day and cleaning was to take place before my other colleague takes over the room. Before leaving for the airport, I wanted to pop by the apartment to pick up my belongings only to find that it's all gone from the room. Calling the contact person, they said the cleaning person didn't know we had one more night and removed my belongings. A "manager" who doesn't speak any...

"Such a perfect spot to land after our flight from the US to Milan. Miranda made us feel so welcome! Our son slept on the main floor, we slept upstairs. Perfect small european kitchen with everything we needed for home-cooked meals. Lovely restaurant cafe in this charming small town. We even came back for a few days' stay later during our trip, did our laundry, hung to dry on Miranda's clothesline. Really such perfect and unique spot!!"

"The unique thing about this property is the property manager(s). Ensured that my stay was excellent. The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). There are ample restaurants, shops and Italian character within a stone's through. I higly recommend this B&B/Hotel for the traveler in Novara."

"L'immobile si trova in una tranquilla via residenziale, a due passi dalla zona del mercato che si svolge il Sabato, vicino alla via centrale del paese e in cui si concentrano i principali servizi (posta, tabacchi, supermarket). L'appartamento é sito al secondo e ultimo piano (senza ascensore, unica pecca se proprio vogliamo trovarne una), per il resto é ben arredato, spazioso e con tutti i comfort che servono. Gode inoltre di un bel terrazzino. Non posso che consigliarlo e sceglierlo anche la...
