Two Bedroom Loft in Fernie's Historic Downtown

Welcome to our newly renovated loft in Fernie’s historic downtown. Our home has two bedrooms and an open concept living space with hotel quality linens, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy downtown views & attractions, while being minutes away from trails, parks and the infamous Fernie Alpine Resort. Steps from our door, you will find an abundance of shops, cafes, galleries & restaurants. Our central location makes our listing the perfect place to enjoy Fernie to the fullest.

2 Bedroom/1 full bath, modern condo, in the heart of Fernie's historic main street of 2nd avenue. The condo sleeps 4 people comfortably, with a master bedroom and queen bed, with a second bedroom hosting double bunk beds. There is also a storage garage at the back of the building for your use, where you can store your gear for every mountain activity. Your private garage is located on the right and has its own unique padlock and code. Please do not bring mountain bikes, skis or sports gear into the actual building. As for parking, street parking is free and available on a first come, first serve basis in both the front, side and rear of the building. During winter months, overnight parking is free in two downtown designated parking lot areas.

Access to the condo is reached via 2nd avenue in the front of the building, above and to the left hand side of, "Grow: Children's Boutique." Storage, again, is in the back of the building, garage to the right, and can be accessed via your own personal entry code.

The condo is located on the main drag of Fernie's history downtown site. The condo is located above a very quiet children's store, which closes each evening by 5 pm. There is a second suite above and next door, which is currently vacant for the owner's occasional use. Suites are 100 % sound proof and offer a peaceful surrounding in which to rest.

Great little condo right in the middle of downtown Fernie. Will try to stay there again when I visit again. You can walk just about anywhere in Fernie with lots of great restaurants just out the door.

I was in town for 2 days for work. I usually stay at a hotel but this was a much better option. Here are a couple highlights for me -comfortable beds with great sheets and good pillows -great location with lots to do within walking distance -great storage garage in alley behind the unit -check in and check out were easy -

Wake up to the smell of fresh coffee downstairs, a 30 second walk to fresh bagels and hopefully the sound of snow plows. Great location and cosy space.

Great little place for our family of three. Safe and quiet building steps from a coffee shop, spa, cute shops, as well as all other amenities. Trains come through regularly but the noise wasn’t terrible. We will definitely book again.

Weekend Wedding
The place was perfectly located to access all we needed for our friends wedding and still walk or bike the kids to the playground or trails. Very clean, beds are super comfy and the window seat is the perfect place to drink a coffee or tea in the morning and do some people watching or just enjoy the mountain views.

The coolest property in the best location!
Got to the apartment at 11 pm, opened the front door and lights automatically came on to start the experience in Fernie. The apartment is fantastic, decorated professionally, has everything including spices and coffee. The location is the best in Fernie, right downtown, coolest local coffee shop with locally roasted beans connected to the building. We will be back soon, Go Ghostriders Go!

Highly Recommend
We had a great stay at this place! It was very clean and nicely put together. It had everything we needed. The whole check in and check out process was easy. The building itself is very quiet but in very close proximity to some train tracks and it’s right above one of the busiest streets in Fernie. I don’t mention that as a complaint because it didn’t bother us. I’m a mom with young kids so I thought that info might be helpful for other parents travelling with their kiddos. Another note for parents, the bedrooms have really good quality blackout blinds (which I always really appreciate in rentals) but some light does squeak in around the edges. All that being said, my friend and I were 100% happy with our stay. You can tell the owners put a lot of care and attention into it.

Amazing Old Town Apartment
We fell in Love with Fernie two years ago but stayed on the mountain. We were so happy to find this downtown gem. The apartment is amazing!! Fully stocked, fascinating artwork and window seats overlooking the street. Great bars and restaurants right on the street below. Our only concern is the listing which failed to mention the steep stairs up to the lodging. It was difficult to carry our things up. We would still stay there, but a month earlier I could not have negotiated the steps. The owner was wonderful. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone without accessibility issues. We hope to come back soon.
