Renovated Downtown Home | Wood Fireplace | 2 BDRM

This newly renovated Downtown home is within centrally located for all that Fernie has to offer. With modern fixtures throughout, and delightful décor you will feel right at home here. From the open plan living area, gorgeous kitchen, and two separate bedrooms you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay in Fernie. You are within walking distance of all the boutiques and restaurants in Downtown, and the ski hill is only a minute drive away.
The space
You can park immediately outside of the property. However, during winter months please observe the local rules. For your convenience these are printed and displayed on the entrance wall for you. There are a couple of steps up to the front door, but once inside everything is on the main floor.

OPEN PLAN LIVING
This is a wonderfully light and spacious area of the home. The wooden floors span the entire space, and the large windows ensure lots of natural light. The dining area has a lovely wooden table and chairs, and the lounge area has a leather sofa, chair and real wood fireplace (please bring your own firewood). The kitchen area is perfect for whipping up a snack or hearty meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay. We supply salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans. Don't worry, we also supply a coffee grinder, so, just bring your whitener of choice!

BACK DOOR
The door in the kitchen gives you access to a shared lobby are and access to the backyard. Please note, you are able to lock the kitchen door from your side of the property.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with storage space, and each bed is dressed in hotel quality linens. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other a king.

BATHROOM
The beautiful renovated bathroom is something out of a magazine. There is a deep tub with shower over, WC, and vanity unit. The bathroom comes stocked with locally made hand soap, bodywash/shampoo, and of course hotel quality towels. There is also a washer and dryer in here for your use.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire main floor of the house as described in the listing. Please note that there is another rental unit located on the upper floor with its own exterior entrance. However, you will share the backyard with them.

Please note, like most quaint BC towns and cities the main train line runs through Fernie. Throughout all of Fernie, you can hear the trains. Please expect train noise that this location.
