Everything was great and property cleanliness was 3/5, because the cleaner(s) missed some very obvious things for being skilled cleaners. Thankfully, there was a washer and dryer and extra blankets. Floor was dirty and a number of things needed attention before being able to fully enjoy the condo. Would definitely book again, but with greater hope that things would be cleaned better. "The place was very nice and cozy. It had very comfortable beds. The indoor pool was nice for our winter stay. Views of the beach and ocean were amazing. The location was great because we also like to go to other beach towns like Bethany, Rehoboth and Assateague. "

"We have stayed in this condo several times in the past and it was just as wonderful as it's always been. The furniture and beds are comfortable, we had what we needed in the kitchen to eat in, and the view of the beach is fantastic! It was freezing cold during our stay, but staying inside and enjoying the view while relaxing, reading or watching TV was just perfect for our winter getaway."

"Great location right on the water. Nice furniture and decor. The floors had not been swept in a long time and there were black long hairs all over the master bath; on the wall, in the shower, on the floor, on a bar of soap in the shower and in the hand towel hanging in the master bath. "

"The condo was cute. A little smaller than I thought but enough room for our family of 3. Nicely decorated. Rugs could use a deep cleaning or replacing. Kitchen was a bit small and some pans could use replacing. Had the basics. Curtains in living room were stained and couch has very worn in. Bathroom fan was very dusty. Overall condo was clean and had good water pressure. Beds were ok. My son enjoyed the indoor pool. "

"This place is as advertised and reviewed. New, clean, comfortable, and well equipped in a great location overlooking the boardwalk. No bad surprises. The “Bring your own linens/towels” policy is a little unusual, but it is well documented. We would stay here again. "

The condo itself was beautiful and peaceful it had everything we needed! The check in and out process was effortless and made for a very relaxing vacation"
