"The owner was unaware of our booking as advertised by vrbo. We arrived mid afternoon at portsmouth to attend my son's university graduation, but had no where to stay. We had to take our luggage to the ceremony and carry it to different locations during the event. My two daughters and myself had no car with us and mo extra money to pay for accomodation elsewhere, or even transport to a different property. "We had a fantastic time at this property for a one off Christmas getaway. The property itself was beautiful, the photos really don’t do it justice! Alison even decorated for us, which was a lovely touch and made our stay feel extra special. Alison was very responsive before our stay in answering any questions we had, and was always available during our stay (even though it was Christmas!). "Beautiful property in a wonderful location , very clean, well equipped and cosy, beds and bed linen were heaven, kitchen with a wonderful island with stools underfloor heating and a sitting room with 2 big sofas, ideal for a cosy weekend . Lovely little courtyard garden and just off the high street so not noisy. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again if we visit Arundel "

The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. "Super house for a family gathering with easy parking for 4 cars in driveway. So close to the beach you can hear the waves. Lovely and clean and very comfortable. Secure for the dogs to run around the garden and minutes to the beach with sand at low tide. Walk to Lobster Pot for delicious coffee. Communication with Judith and Nick was excellent.
