"Having a suit style room for the price was excellent. It may not be modern and flashy but it has all the necessities of a costal getaway! The kitchen amenities were great with coffee, cream, and sugar available. The dining table came in handy too as i had some sewing to do! Of course the ironing board got used for that too! "The guest apartment was such a great place to get my needed rest and relaxation. The property is so much more beautiful than pictures can show. The paths, trees, pool, grounds are another world . The lake is so nice too with fish, turtles and birds! The neighborhood is also very unique. It’s close to pretty much everything which is also great. It’s like an oasis in the middle of a regular community. Kim and Rick are fabulous hosts. They welcomed me and my dog like an old friend. It was very easy...

"Every thing about this stay was top notch. Such a pleasant, clean place to stay with so many things to do close by. Many great restaurants, parks, fishing and of course the Mel Fisher museum were awesome. It could not have been better. "

"Very disappointed as we booked and I was looking forward to a peaceful place to stay but they called and said the couldn't honor the hotels dot Com price. But if I booked through them I could pay their price which was 30 dollars more each night. My credit card had already been charged and I could not get the money back right away and when you are traveling it's hard to have to juggle funds and figure things out. At least Hotels.
