"Wow! This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. "All ok pools very nice food ok, unfortunatly to many moskitos bites, very heavy bedding not suitable for summer."

"Pleasant place with a great breakfast offer. Rooms were couzy and comfortable but with no air conditioning ( reason i gave 1 star less ). Staff was friendly and welcoming. "

"Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos trató de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable. Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche había un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitación contigua. Era la sala de máquinas. Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia. Este hotel NO ES RECOMENDABLE."
