"We stayed at the property during an incredibly warm period and were located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There’s no air conditioning and a fan wasn’t available, sleeping was very difficult. Otherwise, the property and the staff were great although the interior finishes are looking a little tired. I would suggest this is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star, and would have been excellent if we were paying 3 star rates."

Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. The spa area was out of this world and would compete with any luxury resort. Tristan’s local knowledge and advice on where to eat and how to get around on the tram were so helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
