Vakantie met diverse ervaringen
Wij hebben een leuke vakantie gehad in een prachtig huis met fantastische faciliteiten. Het was even lastig te vinden in het begin aangezien de navigatie het adres niet snapt, maar als je dit eenmaal weet heb je alle privacy die je maar wilt. Daar zit gelijk ook het nadeel dat wij hebben ervaren. Aan de buitenkant van het huis hangt een sleutelkastje dat door middel van een code geopend kan worden. Toen wij een dagje weg waren hebben wij de sleutel hierin gehangen, wij waren met 2 gezinnen en wisten niet of we gelijktijdig terug waren en er was ook maar 1 sleutel. Toen we terug kwamen hadden wij niet in de gaten dat er ongewenste gasten waren gekomen. Hier kwamen we pas in de avond achter toen een van ons haar juwelen miste. Uiteindelijk zijn er cash geld, juwelen en oordopjes gestolen zonder dat er inbraaksporen waren. De politie is wezen kijken en kwam tot de conclusie dat de spullen alleen maar gestolen kunnen zijn door iemand die de sleutel heeft. Bij het contact zoeken van de verhuurder kregen wij alleen maar een reactie dat we aangifte moeten doen en dan maar langs de verzekering. Het feit dat iemand met een sleutel een vakantiewoning in gaat en vervolgens spullen jat, was voor de verhuurder geen reden om actie, in welke vorm dan ook, te ondernemen. Erg jammer. Desondanks hebben we een toptijd gehad op Mallorca. Wees dus gewaarschuwd als je dit huis boekt, door altijd je waardevolle spullen mee te nemen/verstoppen.
