Booking Conditions for Your Stay in Mallorca
1. Booking Confirmation:

To secure your reservation in our villas in Mallorca, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.

2. Security Deposit:

Upon arrival, tenants will be required to pay a cash deposit of 500 €. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided the property is left in the agreed-upon condition.

3. Additional Charges:

Electricity: The deposit for electricity usage will be charged at the end of the stay, only if previously agreed upon.
Final Cleaning: The final cleaning fee is 250 € (only applicable if agreed upon at the time of rental).
Management Fee: 90 € for management services.
4. Parking:

Availability of outdoor parking and garage without prior reservation.
5. Child Services:

A crib and high chair are provided free of charge (please request in advance).
Second crib available for 10 € per day.
6. Extra Beds:

If an extra bed can be added to the rooms, the cost will be 28 € per day, subject to availability.

Important Notes:
Prior Communication: Please contact our agency a few days before your arrival to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number) and organize the key collection.

Direct Arrival: Upon arrival in Mallorca, please contact us by phone to head directly to the accommodation or the agreed meeting point.

Key Collection: The reception office will contact you to confirm the time and place for key collection.

Late Arrivals:

Keys will be left in a safe. Any remaining amount, if applicable, must be paid the next day.
If there is no safe available, please arrange late arrival with the agency and pay the late arrival fee in cash upon arrival.
Additional Costs:

Registration after 23:00: 30 €.
Late check-out (if possible): 50 € until 13:00; 90 € before 17:00.
Flexibility in Low Season: In the low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Please contact the agency for details.

Attention: Tourist Tax
Since July 2016, the Government of Mallorca has implemented a tourist tax (ecotax):

2.20 € per night per person for the first 8 days.
1.10 € per night per person for the subsequent days.
Not applicable for children under 16 years.
This amount must be paid to the agency upon arrival.
