Casa Can Alou, authentic Mallorquin house nestled in the village of Porto Colom

This is a three-storey townhouse embellished with a fantastic position, high above overlooking the sea with stunning views of the rooftops and the surrounding countryside, with decorative elements in Majorcan style but with a Mediterranean touch, with an area divided into many cozy and functional environments: fully equipped separate kitchen, huge terrace-solarium furnished also inside, inner courtyard with barbecue area with pizza oven! laundry, 5 double bedrooms served internally by two bathrooms and an external bathroom serving the patio area, several balconies, air conditioning throughout the house, wifi.
The house comes with a mini-pool (heated) with iconic design and Italian style, which offers moments of relaxation and pleasure with the gentle massage of air, warm water.
The Arenal beach is a couple of kilometers away and the center of Portocolom is a 15 minute walk, following the promenade along the bay. Porto Colom is a jewel nestled on the east coast of the island, once a port dedicated to the wine trade, is now a privileged destination for lovers of a beach vacation in a place of discreet elegance, in an environment full of natural views, beaches with calm waters and locals and restaurants offering excellent food and wine. The coast offers more exploration of the surroundings and wonderful coves with crystal clear waters, the lighthouse of Sa Punta, symbol of Porto Colom, the Sanctuary of San Salvador, a must for the Church and its monument. You can also approach the caves of Porto Cristo and the market of Santanyí and Felanitx.

The LAGHETTO mini-pool can be heated up to 30 degrees, no more. It is delivered clean ready for use and can ensure clear waters during your entire stay if you follow some rules: 1) we recommend the use of the shower before entering, to keep the waters clean from sand and sun cream, otherwise they easily fog up; 2) use the supplied net to clean it from flowers and leaves that may settle on the surface 3) always cover it with the special cover when not in use; 4) always keep the chlorine basket submerged (at least when not in use). If these basic rules are not followed, the water may become foggy and we are not responsible for this. When we have FLAWS messages from the electrical panel, it means that there has been a misuse of the electrical panel.
We provide a set of towels (body&face). We can arrange something else beforehand.
The villa is equipped with crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels for normal use. You will also find one toilet paper per bathroom and hand soap to start your stay. If you run out of supplies during the rental period, you are responsible for purchasing the supplies needed for your stay.
Tap water is potable, but we recommend bottled water.
Please take care of your own waste during your stay and before leaving the house. You can deposit it outside the property in the main containers next to the street (30 meters from the house). The differentiation of glass, paper, plastic is foreseen and if the differentiation containers are not nearby, you will have to take them personally to the green point.
The house must be returned in decent condition, taking care to empty the garbage, washing machine and dishwasher and turn off the air conditioner or fans before leaving. We do not dispose of the garbage for you or, alternatively, we charge for the disposal service.
