Perfect Apartment for a very nice vacation
The apartment is exactly like it seems in the offer. The house is very clean an well maintained. You can find everything you will need in there (like lots of spices, everything you ask for cutlery, a dyson vacuum cleaner, …) The owner of the house is very friendly and kind. We had a very warm welcome. If you dont need the help of the owner you will be all by yourself, and dont need to her from them. If you need any service or advice, you can call them or write a WhatsApp and have support within a few minutes. We loved our stay there, especially our visits at the donkeys an ponys home a few meters away from the Appartement. We would definitley book it again! Thanks for this wonderful accommodation!

Ferienhaus mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail

Perfekter Familienurlaub!
Wir sind als zwei Paare mit jeweils einem Kleinkind unter einem Jahr In der Fince gewesen und das bereits zum zweiten Mal. Es war alles genau, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Im Vorhinein ist Carolina auf alle unsere Fragen und Bedürfnisse bzgl der Kinder perfekt und freundlich eingegangen. Sie hat alles für uns in Bewegung gesetzt - von Kinderbetten, Stühlen bis hin zu Empfehlungen für Brei-Einkäufe vor Ort. Die Zeit vor Ort war toll und wir haben das Haus sehr genossen, ein wunderbarer Ausblick, tolle Außenanlagen und ein gemütliches und sauberes Haus. Unsere Gastgeberin hat die Corona-Auflagen gewissenhaft eingehalten und selbst über die Entfernung hat die Kommunikation bestens und besonders herzlich funktioniert. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder, vielen Dank, Carolina!

Abgelegen für Erholungssuchende
Vermieterin nicht kennengelernt. Schöne Aussicht. Doch sehr abgelegen und etwas unzugänglich. Sehr sauber. Die Reinigungskraft sehr professionell und mega nett. Nur der Pool wird von den Vögeln durch Kot verunreinigt. Das trübt etwas das Badevergnügen. Der Boiler für Warmwasser macht laute Geräusche. Klimaanlage arbeitet unregelmässig. Jedoch rundum alles Gut.

Erholsamste Ferien seit langer Zeit
Wir wurden von Carolin herzlich und unkompliziert empfangen. Sie hat uns auch gleich die Vermittlung mit dem ansässigen Arzt vermittelt, da mein Mann gerade eine Stent—OP hatte. Die Finca war ein Traum. Es war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist sensationell. Die Ferien konnten wir, so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben, in absoluter Ruhe geniessen. Erholung pur! Vielen DANK Carolin!

FANTASTICO
Este mes de Agosto hemos estado alojados 10 dias en La Finca junto con mi mujer e hijos y la experiencia ha sido fantastica, tal y como indica el titular. La ubicacion de la casa es perfecta, en la falda de una colina desde donde se ve el mar y a 5 min en coche de Portocolom y Cala D´or, por lo que se consigue tranquilidad e intimidad, lo que ayuda de manera importante a conseguir una relajacion maxima, asi como cercania de ambas poblaciones repletas de servicios y restaurantes. Asi mismo, muchas de las mejores calas de la isla esta en un radio de 15 min en coche. La casa es perfecta: amplia, limpia y completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para disfrutar a tope de las vacaciones: jardines, piscina, aire acondicionado...Y que decir de los anfitriones!!! tanto Carolina como Tony se desviven por que todo este perfecto y ante cualquier cuestion siempre estan disponibles y prestos a responder. Muchas gracias a ambos por todo y un abrazo.

Perfekter Urlaub!
Eine ganz tolle Finca zum entspannen mit einer herzlichen und stets hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin! Wir waren mit zwei Paaren ohne Kinder zu Besuch. Das Haus haben wir genauso schön vorgefunden, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben ist. Frau Allesch-Martínez war die ganze Zeit erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten, hat uns aber ansonsten eine tolle Zeit nur unter uns beschert. Das Haus und Außenanlagen sind sehr sauber und ein Mitarbeiter kümmert sich regelmäßig um den Pool. Vielen Dank für einen sehr entspannten Urlaub! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Bereits bei der Anreise war die Höflichkeit und die Nettigkeit der Besitzerin zu spüren, da sie uns nach kurzer Irrfahrt abholen wollte. Dies ging dann weiter als sie uns noch die wichtigsten Infos zur naheliegenden Stadt gezeigt hat. Die Finca an sich war der Hammer. Sauber, ordentlich und ausreichend Platz... Und der Pool war super . Zusammengefasst war der gesamte Aufenthalt in der Finca wirklich klasse und wir würden ihn jeder Zeit weiterempfehlen.

Our own little Paradise!
We are a couple who was looking for peace, privacy and beauty. We got all that and more. We loved everything about this house...It was immaculate, well furnished, charming, and better than the photos revealed. We believe in Karma, and from the moment we stepped into this lovely home, we felt the warmth and love that went into it. We, too, own a beach house on an island and are spoiled and picky! We have traveled to all the Balearics, so it wasn't really Mallorca that entranced us, but this place with the Buddha themes! Situated on a hill with a foreground of the Mediterranean in front of us and the ability to see spectacular sunsets from the pool area added to the romance and personality of the property. We even barbecued two meals in the evening and took in the sounds and grace of nature surrounding us while we sipped our wine on the veranda. The town is just a 5-minute drive and there are many lovely restaurants to frequent, and no matter what direction you choose to travel, there is something for everyone. There are local beaches that are nice, but we found a favorite, Ses Covetes, which is about a 35-minute drive and part of the Es Trenc popularity. Carolina, the owner, was more than kind and generous, and we felt totally comfortable asking her zillions of questions and seeking her help with recommendations. By the end of our stay, we felt a burgeoning friendship with her and hoped we could have gotten to know both her and her husband better. The only thing missing from our holiday was time!....We highly recommend this home to anyone who has a taste for life! Rochelle & Bob, NYC

Hier stimmt alles, auch die Details
Wir (3 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben hier wunderbar entspannte zwei Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist super, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, sowohl in der Küche als auch sonst (Waschmaschine, Wäschespinne, Strandbedarf, Sandspielzeug etc.). Die Betten und Matratzen sind hochwertig und sehr bequem, die Schlafzimmer ausreichend groß und genügend Stauraum in den Schränken und Kommoden. Das Haus ist auch sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen netten Kleinigkeiten, so dass wir uns alle rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Und sollte wirklich irgendwas nicht funktionieren, Carolina war sofort zur Stelle und hat sich gekümmert, das war wirklich toll. Was mir zusammenfassend am Besten gefallen hat, waren die absolute Ruhe und die Lage mitten im Grünen. Portocolom ist auch ein perfekter kleiner Ort für einen schönen Familienurlaub. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder :-)!

Familienurlaub
Für 2 Wochen waren wir (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 2+4 Jahre ) Mallorca-Liebhaber aus Salzburg, in dieser bezaubernden Finca eingemietet. Die Lage , einmalig und mit Kindern ein Paradies. In wenigen Autominuten erreicht man die schönsten Buchten und auch für die Shoppingqueens unter uns alles in der Nähe. Porto Colom sieht ein bisschen aus wie Klein Venedig , einfach nur schön. Die Hausbesitzer Carolina und Antonio von ein Herzlichkeit wie man sie nur noch selten findet. Wir bedanken uns für 2 sehr schöne Wochen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

das erste mal - und immer wieder
ich war zum ersten mal auf mallorca und überlege mir nach diesen wenigen tagen für einen längeren zeitraum dort zu leben und zu arbeiten. dort heisst in dieser wunderbaren finca mit dem hammerblick auf porto colom und das meer. lage und ausstattung: traumhaft und bestens. sauber, gepflegt und eine betreuung, die keine wünsche offen ließ. nein, ich würde diese finca auf keinen fall meinen freunden empfehlen, sonst ist sie ja belegt und ich kann nicht dort sein. danke, carolina.

Super schönes Haus, mit einer ganz tollen Aussicht
Wir haben einen super schönen Urlaub in diesem wunderbar gelegenem Ferienhaus verlebt! Das Haus liegt 5 Minuten mit dem Auto von Portocolom entfernt, mitten in der Natur, auf einem riesigen Grundstück. Man hatte seine Ruhe, war aber dennoch schnell mitten drin im Geschehen, wenn man wollte, den auch nach Cala d'or sind es nur 10 Minuten. Durch ein elektrisches Tor gelangt man auf das Grundstück. Schöne Finca, mit 3 Schlafzimmern, einem Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche. 2 sehr schöne Bäder, eins davon mit Badewanne. Alle Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, man findet alles was man braucht. Endlich mal genug Bügel und einen Kleiderschrank, der gross genug ist. Es gibt sogar extra Decken für draussen, an alles wurde hier gedacht. Geschlafen haben wir auch super, da es sehr ruhig ist und da die Matratzen sehr angenehm waren. Zwei Schlafzimmer hatten einen Fernseher und im Wohnzimmer stand ebenfalls noch ein riesen grosser, alle mit deutschen Sendern. Brauche ich im Urlaub nicht, aber wer es mag. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Küche etwas klein, aber auch hier alles was man benötigt, riesiger Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und ausreichend Geschirr. Das Esszimmer haben wir überhaupt nicht genutzt, da wir immer auf der wunderschönen Terrasse waren. Herrlicher Blick über Portocolom und die ganze Bucht! Unser Lieblingsplatz!!! Der Aussenbereich ist sehr stylisch gestaltet, asiatische Skulpturen und super schöne mediterane Pflanzen, alles ordentlich gepflegt. Auch der Poolbereich mit den sehr bequemen Liegen war einer unserer Lieblingsplätze! Kleiner Tipp: das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel, wie gesagt, riesiges Grundstück. Wenn man den Hügel ca. 15 Minuten hoch geht findet man ein kleines Pony und ein Eselchen! Diese haben wir immer mit Möhren gefüttert. Fazit: Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub mitten in der Natur, wo es einem an nichts gefehlt hat! Gerne sind wir zum Essen nach Portocolom gefahren und zum ausgehen einmal nach Calo d'or. Von Cala d'or kommt man für nur 13 Euro mit dem Taxi zurück, so dass wir das Auto daheim gelassen haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!
