"Your description should include that this is a fourth floor walkup with no elevator. Since my wife and I are 75 years old this was a challenge. Also the steps up to the upper bedroom were not safe.The property was spotless and spacious and in a good location but this was offset by the fact that it was a construction site. "This is a cute one bedroom apartment in a great location, just behind the cathedral and one block in either direction of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. The bed was very comfortable. It has the smallest, most efficient sink and shower room I have seen with a separate toilet room. The street outside tends to get busy and noisy in the late evening, so bring earplugs and that should help dampen the voices. Rennes is a beautiful, very walkable city and this apartment is centrally located."

"the location was better than expected ( based on our earlier experience). for two persons it was very functional. location was excellent ( services/shops downstairs, short walk to the centre, close enough to the railway station). calm place, no disturbing noise ( at least in July, when potentially less people in neighbourhood) can warmly recommend when not too hot outside ( no airconditioning)"

"Good location near a bus stop and shops. The kitchen had a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a kettle. There were insufficient supplies like dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper in the room for more than a day or two and the rooms were only cleaned once a week unless you paid a fee.
