"My family and I have stayed at all three of the Sanctuary lake houses, and are always impressed with the attention to detail and all the amenities. The new Blackwater Lake place is really amazing. The dining room table is huge with a great view of the lake. The living room had plenty of seating for everyone, which was great for gathering and playing games. "Property is well appointed, clean, modern relaxing. We came for a Fall getaway and enjoyed hiking and the peaceful surroundings! We had really good dining experiences at Common Grounds and Deerhaven! Really appreciate the extra towels, hooks, fans, bedside lamps and minimalist decor. The house felt cozy and edited at the same time. There is plenty of seating and room inside and out to hang together or spread out. Definitely recommend and will be back with friends/family in tow."

"The house is a bit smaller than the pictures made it look .still a big place we had a large group . If your taking a large group bring a big frying pan the pans are small and u will need to bring paper towels & garbage bags.the kitchen has plenty of dishes. The house is nicely decorated. They had fun going fishing in the boat but caught fish from the dock as well was kinda theres a bit of weeds for swimming although the small grand kids enjoyed the sandy beach.also wadeing in the water it rained...
