When it's time to take a break from all the action, we invite you to cozy up in our five-bedroom home. While you're here, enjoy our cozy indoor living spaces, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor patio spaces backed by the privacy of woods, and sleeping arrangements for 10 guests!
Upon entering Sundown Hollow, you'll immediately be greeted by our ultra-cozy, retro living space! Here, you'll find our suave leather sofa, love seat, chairs, coffee table with board games, and a large Smart TV. We find this space is perfect for catching up with friends, settling in for a good movie or practicing your chess moves.
Through the living room, you'll find our spacious kitchen complete with everything you need to cook the perfect meal or bake your favorite dessert. In the dining area, utilize our coffee station - the perfect first stop in the mornings. Next to it sits our 4-top dining table with windows looking out to our beautiful, wooded back yard.
At the end of the day, settle into one of our FIVE luxury beds:
(1) Our Primary bedroom, which is complete with a King-size bed, a twin daybed with twin trundle, closet, Smart TV, desk area, and a stunning en suite bathroom.
(2) Our second bedroom, which features a Queen-size bed, dresser, Smart TV and nearby bath.
(3) Our third bedroom which has a Queen-size bed, closet, Smart TV, and attached bath.
(4) Lastly, our fourth bedroom has a Twin daybed with Twin trundle. This room also features a small kitchenette space and is connected to the 3rd bedroom.
Outside, enjoy the Ozark Mountain air on our large front or back patio! The front patio sits at tree height and looks over our historic neighborhood. The back yard is private with seating, BBQ grill, and beautiful trees.

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house except the garage, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note there are exterior cameras facing the driveway for the protection of the property.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
