Hogs Getaway Comfortable Lodging
This place is a perfect mix of comfortable and functional. We had family over and it accommodated all of us comfortably. We cooked and found the kitchen to be easy to work in with several people. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean.

Amazing Little Getaway
Perfect for a short trip. Definitely enough space to host the 2 of us and a cat. It was a very quiet neighborhood that was a little tucked away and very convenient to get to restaurants and the plus of having a grocery store right next to it. The only thing I noticed was the carpet was a little sticky, but everything else was very clean. I would recommend and might possibly have to go again!

Perfect weekend getaway!
Loved this townhouse!!! It was perfect and due to the cold, the garage was a huge plus!!! The rooms were spacious and beds were so comfortable. It was in a perfect location close to the university and plenty of restaurants. Communication with hosts was so easy and they were quick to respond. We had to leave early due to bad weather but will definitely be back!!! Thanks for sharing your home!!!

The house was just Okay. The back area needs cleaning. The floors were sticky. We had only 2 bath towels and no hand towels or wash rags. I attempted to ask the owner three questions and never got any response Fri, Sat or Sun.

We got there late at night, wished the house number had been illuminated for easier spotting. House was very clean upon arrival. Got in bed super late only to have been woken by the piercing sound of the alarm going off. Finally had to remove the batteries. We ever found the source of the alarm. The kitchen sink faucet made you feel like it would be pulled out of the cabinet. I don't know that is was attached. Lastly, the patio door could NOT be opened by any of us and that was sad. We tried to utilize it several times. The beds are comfortable, the space is nice.

Great location and clean/ nicely furnished
We had a great stay over move in weekend for UARK- close to campus, walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Furnishings are very nice and well thought out. Very clean and the air conditioning works fantastic on both floors! Comfortable beds, plenty of space for 4 adults (2 parents and 2 young adult children). Our son slept on the couch first night and said it was comfortable (didn't bother pulling it out) and then the bed next night (once daughter moved into her dorm). Nice patio out back as well. We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was one of the best for cleanliness, communication and well-appointed furnishings. We received an email welcoming us from the owner the first evening with suggestions for area activities, etc.

Beautiful neighborhood
Lots of space for family visiting and board games. Nice amount of baths and nice bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Ice and water in fridge door was really handy. Could use a real good cleaning. Dead bugs in windowsills. Mold on shower curtain liner in Master bath and liner too small for tub. Kitchen sink faucet not screwed in and very wobbly. Back patio area very overgrown and unusable. Issues with smoke detectors continuing to beep off and on.

Good place to stay near town. It was comfortable and had most needed items. It would have been better if they would have provided wash clothes and a coffee maker. They did have a keurig, but doesn't work well if you bring your own beans and grinder.
