The staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast was great! The only thing I can say that was a challenge is that Shiloh drive is a one way road that you cannot access easily. You have to enter off a side road at the Hampton Inn/Italian restaurant, go behind several other hotels, eventually winding to the side of Days Inn. Watch for the hotel sign along the drive when you are about to give up!

Hotel was convenient and easy access to the stadium and arena. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room had some strange noises during the day and especially during the night. Made it hard to sleep at night. Room 114 .

Stayed here for a woopigweekend and everything was great. The staff was friendly, my room was updated and clean and it’s close to the university. Don’t let the outside deter you from staying here. They are working very hard to make this a really nice, affordable option.

Expensive considering all the mold in the room and bathroom. Hotels in Fayetteville are all REALLY overpriced. They take advantage of parents coming to visit their kids in college. It's ridiculous.

Staff friendly. Breakfast OK but no hot options here. Couple issues with room - door very hard to get to close and lock and water leaking somewhere under the floorboards - you could here it squelch as you walked around. On the plus side for us - large room and close to mountain biking at Centennial Park and Kessler Mountain

Not a pleasant experience at all.Expedia showed 7.2 stars on review which seemed great for the price.arrived and the hotel looks nothing like the photos posted online.When I went to check in,I waited at the desk for several minutes before someone came out to help me. When she did,she brought her bowl of food with her.I understand having to eat while at work but I had already checked in online including a picture of my license so it shouldn’t have taken but a few moments.SHE WAS EATING HER FOOD AS SHE WAS ASSISTING ME!Also everything I already filled out online I had to do again,so what was the point in online “easy check in”.We weren’t at the hotel long before we left for our show,came back about midnight and went to bed.I woke up this morning with itchy welts,which warranted a check.I moved bedding around and found nothing obvious,however the wall curtains were covered in bed bugs and fecal.Igrabbed my stuff and we left.I contacted an agent through Expedia,who did their best to assist me in this.They contacted the hotel which states they will get an exterminator to “access” the situation,before offering any type of refund.Silly me for not taking photos as I was absolutely disgusted.When I called the hotel to make sure they got the complaint,she was not sympathetic nor acted like she cared.Don’t book here,not only bed bugs but poor customer service.I left an emotional wreck, and have itchy bites all over me!

Looked like the rooms had been updated lately. I stayed in room 228. The only thing that concerned me was the lamp shade was deteriorating and looked bad. With the rooms looking like a lot of money had spent on it that another $20 for a new lamp shade would be money well spent. Jacob is an asset to your company. He was very friendly and helpful!
