"We absolutely loved our stay at this farmhouse! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized, even with labels in the kitchen. The wraparound porch has a ton of interesting seating options. The kitchen and dining room are large and easy to use and there was a ton of pantry space. The house was easy to find and very private. "We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away."

"It was a fun place as far as a cabin. Couch was dirty, not many things to cook with. No skillet 1 bowl,1 pot. Not the one I chose but it worked but a loft for adults isn’t great"

"I booked this cabin as a place to stay the night after travelling three hours to a catering event. It was perfect for my daughter and I. Close to town for gas, food. Cabin was well equipped with everything we could need. Wished we stayed longer to enjoy the deck on the back and front. It was peaceful. Highly recommend this place! Open communication with owners, easy check in. Very clean! "

"The house was perfect for our needs. Immediate family and a few extended family members stayed for our daughter's wedding which took place only 15 minutes from the house. The location was ideal. The large kitchen made it great for family breakfast and lunch on the go. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I will say I have stayed at a lot of places and these beds were very comfortable. The host took care of a couple of issues very quickly. The lock box was easy for...
