There was a musty smell in the hallways and even worse smell in our room. I had to buy febreeze plug in to reduce the smell. Beds were too small for me and my family of 4. Weird setup for bathroom and bathroom sink. Not enough towels in pool area. Hotel and room was clean, staff was very professional, hotel location excellent close to stores highway and restaurant, kitchen in room was very convenient.

We have stayed here numerous times while going to Kings Island. The staff has always been excellent. The rooms are always clean. We have had minor issues like the drain in bathtub not draining well. ( That was only 1x out of the 5 times of staying here.) The pool has always been clean. Parking can be limited at times. The area is safe and close to the park. The beds are comfortable. One of my only complaints would there not being a free breakfast or even a cheaper breakfast buffet option. We love the checkout time which is noon. Especially after a long day/night at Kings Island.

We never got to check in. Expedia didn’t follow through with my reservation. The sweet lady at the desk was very apologetic I will only call the hotel direct to book. I will never use a third party again. This bad review is for EXPEDIA. NOT the hotel. They were super sweet
