For instance, the downstairs bedroom with the queen bed is coldest, keep the door open. It took us one night to figure that out. Check the vents to make sure they’re open. "We had a large group (11) with 4 kids (ages 6-10) staying for 4 nights around New Years. The property was clean, spacious, well furnished and very comfortable. The kids had plenty of room to run around and play. There are various nooks and crannies on the 3rd floor where one can curled up with a book and be fairly isolated from the rest of the house. Everyone had a wonderful time. The host was very gracious. Check in was easy and streamlines. Would highly recommend."
