"There is no shade at the pool... no umbrellas to sit under. There is a few "sails" but they were small, unmoveable, and did not provide shade. The "continental" breakfast was limited to a coffee and croissant - it was seriously lacking... no other options available. The shuttle to pick us up at the port did not pick us up. The "ground floor" suite we booked was below-grade which meant going up/down stairs each time we had to enter the room. Finally, and most distressing, my passport wallet is gone - along with more than $2K USD. We checked out 18 days ago and have still not received a reply to our question if anyone found the wallet. The WhatsApp message was "read" but never replied to... "

The room we stayed in was gorgeous well worth the extra for a superior room and the shower was the most powerful I’ve ever used! Just needs more guests to make it a busy bustling hotel and I’m sure the next reviews will be better!"
