"Objective Facts: - On the first day of stay, the boat did not sail, and there was no refund. - On the second day of stay, We arrived at the accommodation, but it was very cold and the heater did not work. - Host tried to fix the heater, but The heater was not fixed and the host offered down-graded accommodation. There was no compensation for that. - It took about an 2 hours to fix the heater, so we missed dinner time. And host informed that the worker fixing the heater could come from Trapani...

"First we must mention that the staff at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly which may be the best part of our experience there. When we saw that the the stairs leading up to our room is completely full of dust balls made up of dirt twisted with dried up leaves and hair we should have taken this as a sign of what we could expect inside the rooms...as if old water stains and handprints on the flush handles of the bide next to the toilet was not enough to tell us that the room has not...

"The hotel is far from the port but the hotel offer a free shuttle pick up and drop off. The location is secluded but beautiful. Hard to get around without a bike, scooter or car. They have a sister hotel with a nice pool which you can visit. The room was small the single bed was tiny. Not extremely comfortable but fine for one night. The breakfast wasn’t labelled so I struggled as a vegetarian. "
