"Julien was a great host who was next door if anything was needed. Our families with seven adults and five children enjoyed comfortable accommodations in this nice home. All the amenities were available - hot tub, pool table, foosball table, etc. The home was well stocked with kitchen ware and utensils. We would stay here again during another visit. Thank you ... "Die Unterkunft, die Umgebung (insbesondere das Schwimmbad) und das Personal an der Rezeption sind einfach klasse. Super Standort für ausgedehnte Radtouren. Einzig die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Bungalow. Net war ärgerlich. Ich wurde zu Zahlungen (2. Rate, Kaution) im Vorfeld aufgefordert, die dann doch nicht notwendig waren. Das war dann die alte Beteiligten unnötig Arbeit. Kurz vor der Anreise lief dann die Kommunikation glücklicherweise über die Unterkunft. Und das war alles reibungslos."

"De beschrijving van VRBO verschilt van de voorwaarden van de verhuurder. Dit leidde tot een discussie 1 dag voor vertrek en is niet opgelost. Ontwijkend gedrag door verhuurder "

"Wir hatten die gesamte Unterkunft von Villa La Roche für ein langes Wochenende im Mai gemietet. Auf dem ersten Blick war alles super. Sehr ordentlich und sauber, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider war das Wetter sehr schlecht an dem Wochenende & es hatte viel vor unserer Ankunft und am gleichen Tag geregnet. Beim letzten Zimmer kam dann der Schock - es regnet rein. Nicht nur etwas durchs Fenster sondern durch die Dachbalken. Die Matratze & der Boden waren schon komplett durchnässt &...

"Een prachtige locatie. Grote tuin, een biljarttafel, pingpongtafel, voetbaltafel voor de kids. Een zeer gerieflijke keuken. Grote slaapkamers met degelijke bedden. Binnen de 30 min. heb je verschillende leuke activiteiten. Een zeer lekkere bakkerij die dichtbij was. Kortom, een topverblijf gehad met onze Framily!"

"Wir haben zu sechst richtig viel Spaß gehabt und uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Perfekt war die sehr sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wann kommt ins Haus und hat das Gefühl man wohnt schon darin. Das ist von vielen Holzboden so knaut und knirscht war für uns nicht nur nicht störend, Sondern Hattest du uns nur noch viel gemütlicher gemacht. Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt."

"Great apartment and friendly staff. Onsite pay parking. Groceries next door. No microwave, no oven, just a stove. Individual water supply for each apartment so not enough hot water for 5 adults in the large apartment. Not bath plug for the bath so showers only. Fixing the bath plug and adding a microwave would have made it a great experience."

"Overall, an excellent experience. The La Sapiniere had a real apartment feel to it and I could easily see my family and I staying here again. The apartment is well stocked with just about everything that a guest might need to include dishes, toiletries, bedding/linens, cleaning products, and vacuum. "It wasn’t nosy for us, but our neighbors from upstairs where complaining that we where to nosy, but we just chit chatting… Verry nice place to stay, good look appartement and not dirty. Good beds to sleep. "

Highly Recommend!

"This motel is a hidden gem, the welcome was extremely warm as was the service. Very professional staff, extremely helpful providing great facilities which are very clean. Breakfast was very well presented with fresh produce etc. There is a mini supermarket underneath the motel which has regional products and an incredible range. Do not be put off by the adjacent petrol station, it provides ample parking and your car is watched over by CCTV. The location is very close to the main square and within easy walk of all shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again! "
