The restaurant and bar staff is just so competent, polite, and friendly! I have not seen a group of about 30-40 restaurant staff (servers, chefs, and cleaning folks) working so coherently, pleasantly, and with a broad simile at their faces, to give their guests a service that is so impeccable.
