"The equipment (storage space, bed, mattress, kitchen, pots and pans, oven top (did not use oven), fridge, bathroom fittings, WIFI etc and cleanliness was very good. The stove was only working for 50% of the hotplates but was repaired the day it was notified! Also good was the parking and location to ski lift. Not so good: The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on, only 1 (blunt) cook's knife, sound proofing. Neighbours noisy after 10.30pm and at 3am! A sorting bin and rubbish bags were missing."

"Casa molto comoda, a Penia, ultimo paese della val di Fassa. Parcheggio privato fronte ingresso, comodissimo e davanti a un prato, al bosco e con vista sul gruppo Marmolada. La casa è grande, gli ambienti sono disposti bene, elettrodomestici moderni e bagni nuovi. Molto ben fornita. Forse essendo al piano terra resta leggermente buia. Unico appunto, gli armadi delle camere non sono molto capienti."

"Die Haupfoto ist so gemacht,was zu diesem Aufenthalt Interesse aufweckt. Aber das entspricht die Wirklichkeit nicht. Das Haus ist schwierig im Ort zu finden und auf dem Bild findet man die beschriebene Wohnung gar nicht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoß, die Fenster sind 10 cm höher von der Erde. In der Wohnung gibt es absolut keinen Sonnenlicht. Garten war ungepflegt und man konnte ihn auch nicht benutzen. Einziges, was das alles ausgleicht- das ist Natur. Die Umgebung hat uns sehr...

L'équipement est très sommaire : pas d'électroménager à part une bouilloire électrique. Mais l'annonce le précise, donc pas de surprise. Bonne literie, linge de lit et de toilette fourni. "Well located apartment opposite the co-op so easy to shop. We choose this as it had three bathrooms for 7 adults and they were all good with enough hot water. The kitchen was small and could have been better fitted out with more sockets. Using kettle and oven seemed to knock out the power but we had been left the instructions to deal so obviously quite common. Dining area fine but we missed not having sofas and a lounge but that seems the norm for that area and our budget."
