"Breakfast was as good if not better than many of the top hotels. The lighting in the room (121) was too dim. The bathroom did not have enough flat surfaces to hold all the toiletries. Staff were excellent and very attentive. I would use the hotel again and would recommend it highly."

"Rating based entirely on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fantastic spa facilities. There was work going on while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but the room we stayed in was the real let down. Dated and uncared for. The bathroom was poorly finished and the shower was not the cleanest. The flooring was lifting and squishy in places and the room itself smelt of damp. "Liked the Hotel and location. Very central. Needs a few tweeks with attention to detail. Ie eating in the dinning isnt a pleasant experience as its so cold. Air con blowing onto you and even when asked if could turn up or off it didnt help. "
