"Absolitely horrific. Condition of property is nothing like the photos. The most cramped and mouldy bathroom ever. I booked 4 nights and didnt even stay the full first as it was so horrible, and they still wouldnt refund me. Absolute rip off do not spend your money here even if its the last available hotel in existence. The app wont let me upload the photos I took - hopefully ill find a way to do so later so u can see the hell hole this accomodation truly is and that the photos they have here are...

"I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s a very nice place, perfectly located close to everything I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. "Everything was excellent from start to finish. If you’re coming to Singapore this is the place to stay. Highly recommend booking high floor room with lounge 65 access. Free drinks including alcoholic and spirits, plenty of food choice in an evening and great breakfasts. Service is excellent too. Views are amazing. Book the Skair restaurant for 70th floor views!"

A convenient place to stay

"I like the fact that it was quite convenient in terms of train and bus accessibility, a convenience store and money changer, restaurants a few steps away from Lobby. The concierge/ Lions Tour desk was within the hotel and as in my past experience, was very helpful. Special mention to Danny Soh and associate Jasmin. The only drawback for me was that no complimentary drinks in room and water dispenser for refill Is only downstairs outside of the lobby by the driveway. "

"We loved this hotel it was so close to everything and we even had an amazing view so every night we were able to watch the fountain show outside marina bay sands. I would definitely visit again because the staff were amazing and went above and beyond looking after us. Thank you so much"
