Mixed bag
"The checkin went smoothly, the room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was lackluster, we were hot all night. The shower water was tepid. One of the bedside lights was broken and fell out of its housing. But great location, decent price, quiet. Nice staff."

Although the area around the hotel is not nice there is a ferry you can take to Manhattan if you ask not far fr there. The higher you go in beach numbered streets the nicer it gets

I grew up in NY - Queens - and am very familar with Far Rockawzy. It's a great place to visit and it's right smack by the airport as well. Any negative vommentary in my review had to do primarily with the construction and how it detract from my stay
