"We stayed for three nights. We cooked and baked there. All the amenities we needed were available in the kitchen. Also had laundry. Very clean and easy access from airport and to town. If you are a light sleeper check if there are small children next door for VRBO. Neighbors can be heard from living room. But I didn’t notice it from bedroom. However when I notified the host she immediately called them and it quieted down. Plus the beds are so comfortable I heard nothing once I was in bed. Easy...

"For my daughter’s first trip to Alaska this was a perfect spot! Great, kind neighbors who brushed the snow off our rental car just out of the kindness of their hearts, super easy access to downtown, Dimond Center, and Spenard, it was all around fantastic and I would definitely stay here again!"

"In the foothills overlooking Anchorage. Liked the location. Downstairs apartment with quite a few stairs so not good for anyone with problems walking or toting heavy suitcases. Some upstairs noise. Living room and kitchen quite small but we made do as we were gone most of the time. More suited to a couple than three though and not really set up for cooking meals. Two nice size bedrooms. Full size bathroom but could use some updating. Lovely porch with view of city. Nice quiet neighborhood."

"Great family friendly location near the midtown area. We enjoyed being close to most of the city. A few things we noticed that could be improved: There was kitchenware missing, such as cutting boards, dishwashing soap, and a drying rack. There was also only service for exactly 4 people, which made it difficult if the washer wasn’t done yet. We also noticed that the bowls were mostly chipped or broken. "I had so much trouble with the vrbo app on my phone. The Vrbo app didn't appear to log my booking on either the app or the website so I didn't have access to my reservation. Every time I clicked on the link from my email, it would take me to the vrbo site with an error messagte. I explained this in an email to the property managers but they just kept sending me a link to vrbo which I stated was not working. I finally got the door code access to my rental after being on the phone with vrbo agent...

"Very nicely appointed unit in a location that was centrally located for our visit. It was spotless and welcoming and had everything we could have needed. Having the luxury of a washer and dryer was definitely a bonus! Although it is located next to a small yet fairly busy airport, we were never bothered by what one might consider “airport noise”. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our Alaska vacation even better!"

"This beautiful home was perfect for our visit to Anchorage. It didn’t feel like we were in the city, it was in a very nice neighborhood. This property is exactly as stated, very clean, and most of all very comfortable.Our granddaughter was competing at the 3A State basketball level. After sitting in a gym all day, it was nice to come home.I would highly recommend this home to all my friends."
